Chronic Depression, spiritual burn out- BNLP technique

“The solution does not lie in your opinion; it lies in understanding and absorbing reality through realization.”

A Journey of Transformation – understanding, realization, and clear. In a poignant, deep, touching example, we witness the transformative power of addressing chronic clinical depression through prophetic learning and healing techniques. A man grappling with deep-seated depression aggravated by misguided medical interventions and self-diagnosis sought counsel after two decades of mental anguish. During counseling sessions, uncovering the deeply rooted cause posed a significant challenge, as he struggled to recall any significant negative experiences, guilt, or trauma in his case history. He opined(that it is a fact) that his depression runs in his family genetically. However, he revealed a tendency to engage excessively in Zikar meditation, glorifying God in Arabic, driven by a long-standing ambition to secure rewards in his upcoming career progression.

Unveiling the Root Cause of Chronic Depression

The law of life is the law of belief. Belief serves as a reference point that shapes our performance and actions. When our actions deviate from our belief system, we experience unease, guilt, shame, or depression. Prolonged feelings of depression can lead to chronic unrest or spiritual burnout. The pre-existence belief system was instilled in all human beings at the time of their inception of spirits, where God extracted a promise from spirits to perform spiritual activities and rituals as per His direction and within the guiding principles. Providing proper input or effort along with prayers and rituals strengthens the deeply rooted beliefs.

Explanation: Understanding the Role of Free Will and Spiritual Awakening

“The solution does not lie in your opinion; it lies in understanding and absorbing reality.”

Reality is found when you act according to universal principles and divine laws, using your free will accordingly. Do you use your ‘Free Will’ consciously or unconsciously? Free Will, magnificently empowered by God, cannot be violated. Human beings have been endowed and blessed with certain characteristics that reflect God up to a certain limit. They have been granted discretionary empowerment to utilize these attributes within the rules and qualities established by God. I explained to him that God is a supreme power. He possesses an infinite ego and is the creator of this universe. He holds supreme authority, and no one can challenge Him whatsoever. However, concerning human beings, God has established a complete system and principles to be followed for their lives. When you understand and realize the true essence of your efforts, you hit reality. When you hit reality, you come into a state of clarity, where you get connected to the sentient portion of your subconscious mind, where peace resides, and you are in a state clear with a sigh of deep relief, no more past engrams.

How did the problem start?

  • Fear was strengthened through greed: By nature, you are not a greedy person. However, unknowingly, the greed to achieve higher success, possessions, and gain, leading to a rush to conclusions without understanding that destiny is not entirely within your control but depends on input, initiates mistrust. You were supposed to work on your subject or efforts along with your deep-rooted belief in God to grant you rewards. However, you’re focused on your results and not on your efforts or studies. The gap between your initiative and the endpoint was filled with nervousness, anxiety, fear of failure, worries, depression, and unwanted thoughts.
  • Lacking understanding, absorption leading to realization, and performing rituals without conveying their true meaning from the heart at each practice cannot fulfill the true purpose. Your glorifying words may give you have a limited sense of satisfaction but reality is accessed when you realize each word and make it a part of your muscle memory.

Understanding & Realization – Connection to Pre-Existence Belief

“Understanding resides within the conscious mind, while realization manifests in the subconscious mind and the body’s muscle memory.”

Understanding and realization are interconnected with the pre-existence belief system. Embracing this connection involves delving into the depths of our beliefs. Understanding entails acquiring knowledge through observation and reasoning at a cognitive level. However, Realization transcends beyond understanding. It involves internalizing and absorbing information through deep experience, spiritual intuition, and emotional resonance. Realization fosters a profound connection to our deepest belief system. It involves conscious communication, gaining knowledge, and collaborating with reality, leading to a profound alignment with our purpose.
Realization takes hold when the memory is transferred into every cell of your muscles, including coronary, skeletal, and ligaments, among others, and transforming it into muscle memory. When you realize something, you begin to feel responsible and self empowered, with the utmost self-belief and drive. Your body’s movement plays a significant role in this process. Engaging in quick and brisk walks, offering prayers punctually with proper understanding, and conveying their purpose can be immensely helpful in reinforcing this realization.

Take-Home Message

Realigning with our deepest belief system is essential. When engaging in Zikar (Dhikar), it is crucial to do so with a thorough understanding of its meaning as well as a realization of its essence. Each recitation should be deliberate, with the meaning of every word delivered from the heart. When you engage in glorifying Zikar in a non native language but convey its meaning at a deeper level with every recitation, you slowly but surely resonate at a higher vibration and attract abundance. You become authentic, with full self-belief, confidence, and courage, overcoming anxiety or
negative feelings. You are aligned and connected.
